tempat: De’Seri Endon Hall
tarikh: 4 april 2010..(8-11.30 pm)
theme: evening garden

berikutan dengan itu, kami sedang mencari sponsor pelamin utk majlis kami yang bertemakan “evening garden” (something like taman2)

Several opportunities for sponsorship that has been listed:
i. To promote the sponsor’s business profile to all UNITEN’s graduate.
ii. To promote sponsor’s business profile as their wedding planner in our Graduation Year book.
iii. To provide a platform for your genuine difference to the event.
iv. To broaden sponsor’s ideas to decorate the De’ Seri Endon Hall
v. As a platform to wider the sponsor’s business in Banner and signage at the Graduation Night 2010 that will be visible by UNITEN students and lecturers.

Dear sir/madame,
Sponsorship for Decoration at De’ Seri Endon Hall, Putrajaya.
As the mentioned above, Graduation Night 2010 is an event that is organized by UNITEN’s final year students. A dinner with the theme of “Evening Garden” is aimed to celebrate the University’s Bachelor graduates. This theme is chosen to welcome and entertain in a grand and impressive style to all the students as well as VIPs and sponsors that will be coming that night.

2. According to the sponsorship for decoration at De’Seri Endon Hall, we need the support of the Corporate or individual sponsorship to make the Graduation Night 2010 a successful event. The sponsorship can be in terms of money, equipment, flowers, or etc that related to the event.

3. For this event, we have 5 stages including the main stage (1 main stage and 4 small stages) that situated inside the hall. The stages will be used for various performances.
i. Main stage – MCs, Band, magician, theater act.
ii. 2nd , 3rd, 4th, 5th stage –for acoustic performance
Attached with is the floor plan of the hall with all the stages. (mintak kt yg brkenaan) The chances have been given to the sponsor in order to choose which part that needs to be provided.
4. As a student being aware and conscious with community service is a part of university’s principle. Some of the collection of this dinner will be donated to our official NGOs event, WWF Malaysia.
